OrbMail is a mail client that runs entirely on your iPhone. It has no servers, no user accounts and no analytics. The developer cannot see your mail, your address, your contacts or how you use the app — not because of a promise, but because there is no system in place that could receive any of it.
Deleting OrbMail removes all of it from your iPhone.
There is no other network destination. OrbMail contacts no analytics service, no advertising network, no crash reporter and no AI provider.
The briefings, summaries, cluster names and reply suggestions are produced by Apple Intelligence running on your device, through Apple's on-device foundation models. Your messages are not sent to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or any other model provider, and they are not sent to the developer. If your iPhone does not support Apple Intelligence, OrbMail simply works as a mail client without those features.
OrbMail can fill itself with an entirely invented inbox so you can try it before connecting a real account. That data is fictional, generated on the device, and never touches a network.
OrbMail Premium is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase. Apple processes the payment; the developer receives Apple's anonymous sales reports and never sees your payment details. Purchase status is checked with Apple's StoreKit and kept on the device.
OrbMail is not directed at children under 13, and it collects no personal information from anyone.
Access, correction, deletion and portability requests normally require a company to look something up about you. There is nothing to look up: no data about you exists outside your own iPhone. To erase everything OrbMail holds, remove an account inside the app or delete the app.
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date. Material changes will also be described in the App Store release notes.
